Reserve residences provide an excellent choice of residential communities and apartments for undergraduate students enrolled at UGA. These living spaces are a great way to meet new people and build community while you learn, grow and develop.

If you’re looking for a place to live that is close to everything, you’ve found it! The Reserve is just a short drive from Victoria Mall and Target, and within minutes of local favorites like Wal-Mart, Victoria Park, and the Guadalupe River.
The Reserve’s distinctive townhomes feature high ceilings, hardwood flooring and granite countertops in kitchens and baths. The townhomes also have private patios, and washer/dryer connections.
Choosing your home in the Reserve is easy. Just fill out a registration form and pay the $35 non-refundable housing fee. Once you’ve done so, you’ll be able to schedule your move-in date.
When you’re ready to choose your space, you’ll be able to search for available apartment and townhomes by using our online application. This allows you to submit your application for your desired unit and receive an email confirmation of your choice.
You’ll be able use this application for all residential units, including Summer Housing. The application and $35 housing fee must be submitted no later than July 1.
A $270 non-refundable contract fee and $63 non-refundable activity fee are due before you can complete your 2022-2023 Residence Hall Contract. This fee can be paid through the MyHousing portal.
Your room assignment will be confirmed by UGA student email and in MyHousing once you’ve registered for housing and paid the $35 housing fee. You’ll also be able to use your MyHousing account to access campus services and facilities, such as the Library, Student Union and more.
Getting your housing assignment is important to your academic success at UGA. The earlier you register and pay the $35 housing fee, the sooner you’ll be able to schedule your appointment to choose your space.
